MMT Horror Stories: add yours in comment

 Please provide an accurate description of your horror story with MMT. 

For us, it has been HELL trying to change dates of a holiday package, when we could not travel as planned due to visa issues. MMT agents kept making mistakes with the trip revisions, and then would tell us we had to agree to changes ASAP or face cancellation penalty. We eventually felt forced to book something with extra hotel rooms (or pay penalty). Now MMT won't let us cancel the extra rooms. The trip is not for 6 weeks.
